Debbie Spencer joined LCPA in 2011. Her primary responsibilities include preparing client payrolls and monthly, quarterly and annual payroll taxes in compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations. She also assists with personal and corporate income and personal property tax returns.

Debbie started her career in the Accounts Payable department of Pitney Bowes where she worked in various accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable and Inventory. She also was instrumental in creating a training manual for customer service representatives.

After 14 years at Pitney Bowes, she joined the global corporation of Square D where she held several different positions. She processed payroll for a large group of manufacturing employees, and worked in accounts payable and human resources departments. While in the human resources role, her main focus was assisting employees with company benefits and retirement planning.

With almost two decades of experience in the accounts payable, human resources and payroll areas at two major companies, Debbie moved to the Indianapolis area to work in the Payroll Department of Remy Automotive Corporation before eventually moving to Ft. Wayne.

Debbie draws upon her many years of experience, and applies her vast experience and knowledge to serve the needs of her clients.
